If you have a straight staircase, we can offer a rental option for our stairlifts.
Installation & monthly charge
Our initial stairlift rental costs include installation, removal and your first month’s rental in advance. Our rental options are flexible to suit you, with no minimum or maximum rental period.
We can set up a monthly standing order from your bank (from the installation date) or we can take card payments over the phone. If you want to make your stairlift rental permanent, you have the option to purchase the stairlift at any time, minus the installation charge.
All of our rental lifts are reconditioned, however these can be upgraded to a new machine for an additional charge
Warranty, repairs and servicing
All breakdowns and annual servicing are included in the monthly rental charge.
The stairlift will have a lifetime warranty for the duration of the rental.
This does not cover callouts caused by user error or replacement batteries for the remote controls.
An example of user error would be turning the lift off with the key switch or on the wall socket.
We always run through basic fault finding on the phone before attending any breakdown.
When the lift is no longer required, simply give us a call and we will arrange for one of our engineers to remove the lift at a mutually convenient time.
As soon as you have notified us of the removal, you can cancel the standing order immediately.
Please note, we are not able to do this ourselves as we do not keep any customer bank details.

Generally, all lifts installed for rental are reconditioned models with all the basic features you’d expect, including manual swivel and footplate. We also offer the choice to upgrade to a new machine or powered swivel and footplate options. This will incur a one off additional charge at the time of installation.
